Device IME/Serial: <PII Removed> Need to remove from the IT Policy. Trading in and they need to access Device. Returned to Factory Original Settings before trading in.

    The IT department from the organization that provisioned the device in Intune or Azure is the only entity that can remove it. You need to contact them. You stated "Returned to Factory Original Settings before trading in" which seems to imply you no longer have this device in your possession. This device came with Windows Home preinstalled and your company either installed Windows Pro or Windows Enterprise if it was joined to the domain. The IT folks need to remove the device from their provisioning system and after that is completed, whoever has physical possession of the device should use the Surface Data Eraser and then the downloadable recovery image for this SP8 to restore it to factory settings.
