How can I fix the "sign in isn't working right now" so that I can access a PowerPoint through my classes' online textbook.

I have had a sign in error saying, “Sorry sign in isn’t working right now, please try again later.” I have had this issue for about 3 days now and am unable to access the lecture PowerPoint presentation through the online textbook required for my class (GRLcontent). Essentially, every time I go onto Grlcontent to access these lecture slides (made through Microsoft PowerPoint) and click in the power point to expand it, it makes me sign into Microsoft (OneDrive) and then gives me the sign in error page. This was not an issue last week; I have had my computer checked as well as the textbook site and they do not seem to be the problem. It is hard to navigate the “self-help” customer service and even harder to get a hold of an actual representative. I am not a computer savvy person, but I tried to update the app, “troubleshoot”, etc.. but it is not working. Please let me know if there is anything you can assist me with to solve this issue or if it is a temporary glitch that is actively being resolved. Thanks!

    Or just:

    • Is this online textbook shared by your teacher or school admin? 
    • Which platforms are affected (web version, desktop app, mobile app)? 
    • Which operating system are you using (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)? 
    • Can you sign in to other Microsoft apps (like OneDrive or PowerPoint Online) with the same account? 
    • Is the textbook accessible through PowerPoint Online or only through GRLcontent? If PowerPoint Online works, please try signing in there as well.
