    Hi mahadi anu,

Good Day. I hope everything's well. Im Jhun an independent advisor. Your issue with your player could be caused by a missing video codec, unsupported file format, the video file is completely damage or simply the Windows media player is outdated.

First, lets try to confirm if it is really a windows player problem. Let's try to isolate your file from the problem first. Try to play a different video file but with the same file extension (like .mkv, .mov, .flv, etc.). If it work, it means the file is corrupted. If doesn't play as well as the others then let's proceed to next option.
Option-1: Try to update your Windows Media Player.
Option-2: Try to install the missing codecs. Go to Microsoft Store > Search "HEVC Video Extensions" or "AV1 Video Extension". Install it (for purchase or sometimes free depending on the version of your player). > Restart the PC and try to play your Video.

Option-3: You can try to use different movie player (VLC Player is my recommended one). Install it then test your movie file playing on it.

I hope these options above helps in solving your media player problem.

    Regards,

    Jhun
