Unfortunately, direct phone support for personal Microsoft accounts is limited. However, you can still reach a live support agent through the Microsoft Support website. Start by typing your issue, such as “billing for non-existent business account.” Then select “Get Help” and choose “Contact Support.” Under Products & Services, choose Microsoft 365 and Office, and then select “Manage My Subscription.”
