Help in Activation key for MS Office access

Hi, I have purchase a Lenovo Laptop yoga 6 bundled with MS Office life time access (Laptop serial number <PII Removed>) but recently due to resetting of this laptop MS Office got uninstalled and I am unable to find my bundled services after resetting of my laptop. Now I have reset my MS Office password but not able to access my bundled services. Kindly help me in getting the activation key and if possible my login credentials. Its very urgent for me to get access.

    When you first activated Office that licence should have become associated to your Microsoft Account online and it is from there that you can re-install Office without the need for a product key:
