Not having Access to resources (Software) in Azure Portal

I work at University of Aveiro in Portugal and I´m not been able to access to the resources when I try to enter the azure portal.

I tried to use two options:

1 - https://portal.azure.com/

2 - https://azureforeducation.microsoft.com/devtools in this web page

https://www.ua.pt/en/stic/azure

    What it looks like you are wanting to do is have Azure dev tools the university has purchased through volume licencing. If the university enrolled into the Azure dev tools for teaching but don't have a volume licence agreement, you can renew the subscription here: https://aka.ms/ees
