Hi,
Thanks so much for reaching out to the Microsoft community!
I’d be happy to help you with the keyboard issue on your Surface Laptop (serial: 0B33DT4224637H).
Just to get a clearer picture, could you share when the problem first started? Is the entire keyboard unresponsive, or are only certain keys like Ctrl, Esc, or the Function keys affected? Also, did this begin after a Windows or driver update, or was there any physical damage involved? Have you had a chance to try using an external keyboard to see if that works? And does the built-in keyboard respond at all when you access the UEFI firmware menu?
While we’re checking those things, it’s also a good idea to make sure your keyboard firmware is up to date. You can do this using the Surface app. Just click Start, search for “Surface,” and open the app. If it doesn’t show up, you can download it from the Microsoft Store. Once it’s open, scroll down to the list of connected accessories, select your keyboard, and expand the Firmware Update section to see what version is installed. If there’s an update available, go ahead and install it.
Let me know what you find, and we’ll figure out the next steps together!
Best regards,
Edward
