Hello, I have a Microsoft Surface Go 2 laptop and the keyboard and touchpad is not working. The power button and all of the plug-ins work. Other than that the computer works perfectly fine. I have checked the drivers and made sure everything is updated on the computer. How can I get the keyboard and touchpad to work?

    Hi Jaxon,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I'm sorry to hear about your keyboard and touchpad issues.

Since your drivers are updated, the issue might be with the Type Cover connection or outdated firmware. Try detaching and reattaching the keyboard, then restart your Surface. If that doesn’t help, install the latest Surface Go 2 drivers and firmware from Microsoft’s official site, then reboot.
