    Hello @نوف محمد الحمود,

Good day! Thank you for posting your valuable question on Microsoft Q&A forum.

Before we can provide an accurate solution, could you please confirm the following details:

    • Are you using a personal account (e.g., Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) or a work/school account (with a company or school domain)?
    • Are you accessing your files through the OneDrive desktop app, OneDrive for mobile device or the OneDrive web version? Please try switching between these platforms to see if the missing files appear on any of them.
    • Could you let us know which operating system you're using (e.g., Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)?
    • Is your OneDrive updated to the latest version?
    • What type of data that you need to restore (Office files, images, videos,…)?
    • Is this issue affecting just one file, or are multiple files missing?
    • Are these files used only by you, or have you shared them with others?
    • Do you have more than 1 accounts sign in to your OneDrive? Please check if you sign in to the correct one.

This information will help us better understand your situation and ensure we offer the most appropriate solution.

Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

    Hello @نوف محمد الحمود

    Thank you for your confirmation.

Based on the details you've provided, here are some steps you can try to locate and restore your missing files.

    Search Your OneDrive

    • On your iOS device, use the Files view at the top of the app screen to browse or search.
    • You can also use the OneDrive website to search for your files. This is the most reliable place since all devices sync to it.

    • Enter keywords, file types, or creation dates in the Search box to locate files.

    Check the Recycle Bin

Deleted files may still be in the OneDrive Recycle Bin. If you cannot found your files in your OneDrive on the iOS device, please try this way:

    • On the left side of the OneDrive website, select Recycle bin
    • If you find the item you're looking for, select it and choose Restore at the top of the page.

For work or school accounts, items remain for 93 days unless changed by an admin.

If the files are not in your Recycle Bin, check the Second-Stage Recycle Bin on your OneDrive:

    • In your Recycle Bin.
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Second-stage Recycle Bin.
    • Select the items you want to restore.
    • Click Restore.

The second-stage recycle bin may appear like this in your OneDrive:

For more details, please check Find lost or missing files in OneDrive - Microsoft Support

If you cannot find any files in your Recycle Bin, you may want to Restore your OneDrive:

    • Go to OneDrive Web and sign in with your account.
    • Select the gear icon (Settings) > Reset your OneDrive.
    • Under Select a date, choose Yesterday or any date you want.
    • Scroll down to see the changes on OneDrive and see if there is the version you want to restore > if so, click Restore.

If after trying all the steps above you still can't find your files, please contact your organization's IT admin and ask if there is anything they can do. You can also advise them to raise a support ticket to Microsoft Support Team to see if they can help:

    1. Find your Microsoft 365 admin: If you don't know who the global admin is in your organization, you can find guidance here: How can I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
    2. Submit a service request: The Global Administrator should create a support request with Microsoft to receive advanced technical assistance. For detailed instructions, see: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Please let me know if you need any further assistance, thank you for your understanding so far!
