Hello Microsoft Account Team,

My previous Microsoft account (******@gmail.com) is locked, and I am unable to access my OneDrive files.

All my important academic and personal data are stored there.

I already submitted a recovery form (ACSR) but it was rejected automatically.

Now I have created a new Outlook account (******@outlook.com) to contact you directly and request manual assistance.

Here are my details:

  • Locked account: ******@gmail.com
  • Country: Bangladesh
  • Case date- October, 6 2025
  • Contact email: ******@outlook.com

Please manually verify my ownership and help me regain access to my old OneDrive account.

This account contains my professional and literary work files that are essential for my research.

    Hello, good day and thanks for question. Sorry to know about this as there is also a chance that your account is already blocked. In this scenario you can go through the link below that says "To check your account status or reactivate your account, go to the Microsoft services account reset page via https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/concern/AccountReinstatement and follow the on-screen instructions" and wait for the update on the unblock request that you have submitted.
