    Hi, There

There’s a concise approach to help a user stuck on “Just a moment” usually on Microsoft sign-in or Azure AD login pages:

You can try this quick troubleshooting steps:

    1. Clear Browser Cache & Cookies fo old session data can block login.
    2. Try a Private/Incognito Window to bypasses cached sessions.
    3. Check Browser Compatibility and use latest Edge, Chrome, or Firefox.
    4. Disable Browser Extensions , especially ad blockers or privacy tools.
    5. Network Check to ensure no VPN, proxy, or firewall is blocking Microsoft services.
    6. Try Another Device to helps confirm if it’s device/browser-specific.
    7. Time & Date Accuracy may cost the incorrect system time can cause MFA/sign-in loops.

=> If all else fails, the issue may be on Microsoft’s side or with conditional access policies; in that case, contacting Microsoft support is needed.

Same problem here with signing into M365 for MS-Office activation and also signing into M365 email from Outlook. The "Just a moment ..." message always builds 3 times, stopping on the second fresh. Can sign into user's account on web-based office.com, but not in MS-Office. Solved this mostly by installling an older version of MS-Office; however, OneDrive still gives the recurring "Just a moment ..." message, which always refreshes twice, and goes nowhere on the third refresh of this message. Account can sign into web-based M365 Outlook with no error.

Computer did initially have wrong time zone. Correcting this did not fixed the recurring "Just a moment ...".

Spent all night trying to get this working. Computer is now deployed -- couldn't wait -- with an outdated (and unsupported) MS-Office version and no shared files in OneDrive. Might be nice if there were a solution for this.
