Need help to add email address to iPad and have forgotten password.

I need help, I have forgotten my password to my new account, i have sent several messages to friends in the last couple of days, and have tried to reset my password, it keeps coming back that thier is not sufficient evidence i am the holder of this email, WTF, i can send messages off my phone, i just want to add the email address to my outlook on my iPad. This is ridiculous as i want to use it as my business name email. Please help I am so frustrated, as I have used the emails I have sent on my phone on the email account i cannot remember my password on and they exactly the same I have use on the reset the password. HELP

    o365 doesnt include any email account.

    The free mail accounts from MS, eg outlook.com are not part of o365, any valid mail account can be added to MS Outlook, the mail Client included with o365

    Recovery/password change for thes free mail account are an online process only with no phone/contact support

    If o365 desktop and a functioning mail account had been added any password are autosaved and none are required to login, or use the individual apps
