Blurred screen when accessing Xbox remote play

when accessing Xbox remote play on my iPad, this screen appears (see attached image). This has never happened before. I have used remote play multiple times before on separate networks without any issues, I believe this to be a playback bug?

    Well, generally, this issue could be the browser or the connection to the Xbox servers, and it's not your problem.

    Test with a different browser, like Safari, since you're testing with Edge.

    The image quality of Xbox Remote Play is related to your network. Poor network quality or fluctuating latency can cause image quality to degrade automatically.

    Therefore, temporarily disable any concurrent downloads, HD video playback, or other bandwidth-intensive devices on the same network. Move your iPad closer to the router.

    Then, on your Xbox console, go to "Settings > Devices & Connections > Remote Features," manually set the video quality to "High" or "Very High," and turn off "Automatically adjust image quality." See if this improves the image quality.

    Hello, thanks for your reply.

    This issue can occur if there's a network issue on either your Xbox console or your iPad.

    Use a network cable to connect your Xbox console to the internet.

    Please move your iPad closer to the router or try a different network.

    Then set the image quality to high to see if the blurry image persists.
