Message: AADSTS50020: User account '******@i.ua' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Default Directory' and cannot access the application '6fa49422-16be-406e-9980-36c88077cda3'(Microsoft_AAD_SubscriptionManagement) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

Hi Taras Yavorskyy , for this kind of Azure account / directory (Entra ID) conversion issue, the community won’t be able to fully resolve it because it can involve protected tenant/account attributes. The safest and fastest path is to open an official Microsoft Azure Support request so they can review tenant metadata and (if applicable) restore or remediate access.

    My recommendation:

Open a Support Request from the Azure Portal

    • Sign in at https://portal.azure.com
    • Left menu: Help + support > Create a support request
    • Choose "Create a support request" and fill in the related informations about your problem!

    Security & Privacy Reminder

Please don’t post tenant IDs, subscription IDs, invoices, or personal info in the public Q&A thread, only share those inside the secure support ticket.

    Hope this helps!
