Unfortunately upgrading from Windows 7 32-bit to Windows 11 64-bit is not a direct upgrade - there's no in-place path. Windows 11 requires 64-bit architecture, so you'll need to do a clean installation. Here are the steps:

    1. Check the computer hardware. Windows 11 has strict requirements:
    • 64-bit processor (x64) – your CPU must support 64-bit.
    • 1 GHz or faster CPU with 2+ cores.
    • 4 GB RAM minimum (8 GB recommended).
    • 64 GB storage minimum.
    • UEFI firmware with Secure Boot.
    • TPM 2.0 (Trusted Platform Module).
    • DirectX 12 compatible graphics.
    1. Backup your data. Since this is a clean install, everything on your drive will be erased. Backup your:
    • Documents, photos, videos
    • Browser bookmarks
    • Emails and settings if using local clients
    • Any application installers and license keys
    1. Get Windows 11 installation media. You need a 64-bit Windows 11 ISO:
    • Go to Microsoft's download page
    • Download the Media Creation Tool or ISO
    • Create a bootable USB drive (at least 8 GB) using Rufus or the Media Creation Tool
    1. Boot from the USB drive.
    • Insert the USB, restart your PC
    • Enter BIOS/UEFI (usually F2, F12, DEL)
    • Set USB as the first boot device
    • Save and restart
    1. Clean Install Windows 11 (note you'll likely need to purchase a Windows 11 license key - although you can check whether your Windows 7 key is eligible for upgrade by attempting to enter your Windows 7 key during the Windows 11 installation)
    • Select language, time, and keyboard
    • Click Install Now
    • When prompted, choose Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)
    • Delete old partitions (careful: this erases everything!)
    • Select the unallocated space and continue
    1. Install drivers & updates after installation:
    • Use Windows Update for most drivers
    • Install graphics, chipset, and network drivers manually if needed
    1. Restore Your Data. Copy back your documents, reinstall apps, and configure settings

    Hi,

    Please run this:

    https://aka.ms/GetPCHealthCheckApp

I seriously doubt that a Windows 7 PC

would even be able to run Windows 11

    even if 64 bit.

The above will tell you if it's even possible.
