    Dear GINO ALEJANDRO CABRERA ZEPEDA,

Please understand that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to cover your organization domain name in the description. Please notice to hide these personal or organization information next time you post error or some information to protect personal data.

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum regarding the issue with your OneDrive files. I understand how concerning it must be to discover that important photos, videos, and personal documents are missing. From your description, it sounds like the files may have been deleted accidentally, or there could be an issue with sharing permissions, account sync, or retention settings. The sharing link you provided appears to be expired or inaccessible, which is common if the underlying file was removed or permissions changed.

To get started on recovery, please try these steps from the OneDrive web interface (office.com > Sign in > OneDrive):

    1. Check the Recycle Bin:
      • Navigate to the Recycle Bin in the left sidebar.
      • Search for your files and restore any you find. Files are retained for up to 93 days in OneDrive for Education.
    2. Restore Your OneDrive:
      • Go to Settings (gear icon) > OneDrive settings > Restore your OneDrive.
      • Select a date before the files disappeared and restore. This can undo bulk changes.
    3. Verify Local Copies:
      • If OneDrive is synced to your computer or device, check the local OneDrive folder and your device's Recycle Bin/Trash.

If these don't recover your files, your account is associated with an educational institution, so I recommend contacting your school's IT support team first, they have admin access to advanced recovery tools, backups, and can check for any account-related issues like expiration.I hope this information is helpful to your situation, if you have any additional concern, feel free to comment below. I be more than happy to assist.
