problem resetting password, I don't have the recovery number.

I no longer have access to the phone number registered to my Microsoft account, as it is outdated and no longer available. I have tried several times to complete the account recovery form, but I have not been successful. I also contacted support; however, they were unable to help me regain access using my email address or an alternative phone number. My account is currently locked, and all I need is to reset the password to sign in again. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or solution that would allow me to recover my account, as it contains very important information

    Hello,

    I’m Sorry you’re having such a hard time recovering your account, I’ll give you some tips for account recovery through the form.

    Open this link to reach the Microsoft recovery form https://account.live.com/acsr

    Make sure you’re using the same computer/phone/internet that you always used on this account, this will let the system know it’s still you and not an intruder in a different location, while you’re going through the questions make sure you provide as much accurate info as possible, such as old passwords, email subjects, contacts you emailed recently,

    Your last option would be to contact support and ask for escalation

    Open this  link https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, select “Can’t sign in”, then choose microsoft365 or outlook account, then “Manage account security” then find “chat with a support agent” or”request a call back” a support agent will then contact you and assist you to their best ability.
