Hi @Peter Mynard ,
Thank you for reaching out. Sorry for the late reply, I hope you already resolved your issued.
Has the method of logging in changed?
Yes, the method of accessing your Customer License Agreement (CLA) has changed. Microsoft has retired the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC), and all Volume Licensing functionalities have moved to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

How to Access Your CLA Details
Microsoft has retired the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC). All Volume Licensing functionalities are now managed through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Make sure you have a Volume Licensing (VL) role assigned. Only users added by the agreement administrator or partner can view CLA details.
- More info: Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center (Volume Licensing).
If You Lost Access or the Admin Left
- Use “Can’t access your account?” on the sign-in page to reset credentials.
- If no one in your organization has admin rights, you’ll need to contact Microsoft Volume Licensing Support to reassign roles.
Create a Support Ticket
To resolve this quickly, create an online support request:
- Go to Contact Volume Licensing Support
- Select your agreement type (e.g., Enterprise Agreement), describe the issue, and include your CLA number.
- Microsoft will respond within 24 business hours.
Note: If you have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, you can also open a ticket by selecting Help & Support in the bottom-right corner.
Hope this helps! Please try out these steps and let me know how it goes.
