Hi help desk

We have a CLA number but cannot open it on line. Not sure what has changed as we have not logged on for a while. Has the method of logging in changed? One of the people that used to look at it has left the company so he might have change the password.

We are trying to sort out our pricing structure with our new supplier and need to check that the details are up to date on our CLA

Please can you help. ASAP

Best Regards

Peter

    Hi @Peter Mynard ,

Thank you for reaching out. Sorry for the late reply, I hope you already resolved your issued.

Has the method of logging in changed?

Yes, the method of accessing your Customer License Agreement (CLA) has changed. Microsoft has retired the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC), and all Volume Licensing functionalities have moved to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Reference: Manage volume licensing agreements | Microsoft Learn.

How to Access Your CLA Details

Microsoft has retired the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC). All Volume Licensing functionalities are now managed through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

If You Lost Access or the Admin Left

    • Use “Can’t access your account?” on the sign-in page to reset credentials.
    • If no one in your organization has admin rights, you’ll need to contact Microsoft Volume Licensing Support to reassign roles.

    Create a Support Ticket

To resolve this quickly, create an online support request:

    • Go to Contact Volume Licensing Support
    • Select your agreement type (e.g., Enterprise Agreement), describe the issue, and include your CLA number.
    • Microsoft will respond within 24 business hours.

Note: If you have access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, you can also open a ticket by selecting Help & Support in the bottom-right corner.

Hope this helps! Please try out these steps and let me know how it goes.
