I cant login to my business account, and therefore I can't cancel my plan, so they just keep charging me money.

Why is it not possible to get any help for this - I need to contact them directly as I can't change or login to my accounts.

Hi, I'm Bernard, a fellow Windows user. I'm happy to help!

To cancel the subscription, kindly follow the steps below:

    Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services

Find your subscription and select Manage.

On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).

    For reference: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/cancel-your-microsoft-subscription-c2c6b0e3-cab3-cb98-d83e-c9ad54620530

If you still cannot find the subscription, you may reach Microsoft Accounts and Billing support by following the steps below:

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact

In the search bar, type in your issue, then hit enter.

Scroll down to the bottom and select the blue button "Contact Support"

    Hello Michelle Johansen,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

Thank you for your post. I understand that you want to charged for a subscription you can’t access or cancel. I truly understand how you feel. Let me assist you further.

Since you can’t log in to your business account, and Microsoft keeps charging you, there are best options I suggest you:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support Directly (Live Agent)

    • Go to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
    • Type "Talk to an agent," then click Get Help.
    • At the bottom of the page, click Contact Support. Please sign in to your Microsoft account. If you are encountering the same issue when using the affected account, please use a different one to contact the Microsoft support team.
    • Select "Other Products" > "Billing and Account Profile questions" > Confirm.
    • Click Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

In addition, we have limited resources and privileges to review account-related scenarios. The Data Protection Team is the only support team that can verify and reset or recover the account.

To get in touch with Microsoft Data Protection team, please visit: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

    Note:

    • The process may take some time and may require additional verification steps to ensure the security of the account. When you call the support hotline during local office hours, the initial response will be handled by an automated system. After providing the necessary information, it should transfer you to a support agent.
    • Please ensure you use the phone number registered with your account at the time of purchasing the tenant. During the phone call, you may need to provide information related to your subscription, such as your company name, billing details, registered phone number, and alternate email address. This will help the support team address your account and subscription-related inquiries more effectively.

    2. Recover Your Business Account (If You Want to Keep It)

If you want to regain access to your business account, try:

    • Visit the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
    • Click “Can’t access your account?”
    • If you’re the only admin and lost access due to MFA (Authenticator), contact the Microsoft Data Protection Team via support. They can verify your identity and reset access.

    3. Block Future Charges via Your Bank

If you can’t recover the account and Microsoft support isn’t helping fast enough:

    • Contact your bank or credit card provider.
    • Ask them to block recurring payments to Microsoft or initiate a chargeback for unauthorized renewals

I hope this helps in your situation. Feel free to let me know if you have another update.

    Sincerely,
