Subject: Urgent Assistance Required – Locked Microsoft Business Account

Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I am writing to urgently request your assistance regarding an issue with my Microsoft Business Account, which became locked over the weekend.

In addition to this business account, I also maintain a personal Microsoft account. As a paying customer, I rely on Microsoft services both for cloud storage (personal account) and Microsoft Teams (business account). On Saturday, due to an error on my part, my business account was locked. As a result, I was unable to access it for the entire day, which unfortunately led to the loss of all my scheduled lessons.

I have already taken several steps to regain access, including changing my passwords and carefully following the available troubleshooting instructions. However, I have not succeeded. In addition, I never received a verification code on my registered mobile number. I also installed and attempted to use the Microsoft Authenticator app, but this did not resolve the issue either.

Since I am not highly experienced in technical matters, I kindly request direct guidance from a Microsoft representative to resolve this matter as soon as possible. The issue is urgent, as it has a direct negative impact on my professional activities.

    If your organization has an IT administrator, he may be able to unlock the account or escalate the issue internally.
