Dear Microsoft Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

My name is Dr. Ahmad Shatat, and I am currently preparing to teach a course that incorporates Microsoft Dynamics 365. I recently completed the DynAA membership form and attempted to send it to dynaa@microsoft.com, but unfortunately, the email was undeliverable.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how I can proceed to gain access to Dynamics 365 for academic use. Specifically, I am looking for:

  • Access to Dynamics 365 for instructional purposes.
  • Any available teaching resources or curriculum support.
  • Information on alternative contacts or updated procedures for DynAA membership.

Thank you very much for your support. I look forward to your response and any assistance you can provide.

Best Regards

Ahmad Shatat

    Dear @Ahmad Shatat,

Good day and thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Firstly, please accept my apologies. As forum moderators, we are only able to assist with issues related to Microsoft Office products based on publicly available documentation. Unfortunately, we do not have access to backend systems related to the DynAA program, so we may not be able to provide an official solution to your inquiry

Based on my research, I’m not certain if it is still active, most references to the program date back nearly 10 years.

The documents I found still list the contact email as dynaa@microsoft.com. Could you please share if you received any specific error message when your email failed to send?

Additionally, on the documents, it list the website of the program, and when I tried to visit the program’s website for more information, it redirected to the general Dynamics 365 homepage without any specific information about DynAA. (http://www.microsoft.com/dynamicsAA).

To be sure, you can contact for the support in the Dynamics 365 home page for more clarification. Thank you for your valuable time, I'm looking forward to your response.
