Can you run Outlook in Safe mode?
In Run menu type outlook /safe and hit Enter key.
Control Panel → Programs → Repair to fix Office installation.
Make sure Outlook is your default client.
If metered connection is enabled then disable it.

I am not able to send my mail. Every time I try I get the same message says that I am having a maybe error. Please fix it. I have tried changing some settings as per the YouTube video but still it did not work. My windos media player is not also working in the troubleshoot setting.
