Hi @Other
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Regarding your issue, may I kindly ask a few questions so I can understand your issue better:
- What is the exact issue? Could you explain what the driver is doing, or not doing, that is causing a problem?
What is your Windows version? To find this, you can type winver in the Windows search bar and press Enter. A small window will pop up with your Windows version and OS build.
Have you updated to the latest driver? If so, where did you get the driver from (e.g., Windows Update, the manufacturer's website)?
This is a legacy driver, often associated with older USB data cards or modems. If you're not actively using such a device, you can safely remove or disable the driver.
Here are a few steps for you to try:
- Uninstall the Device
- Press Win + X > Select Device Manager.
-
- Expand Modems, Ports (COM & LPT), or Universal Serial Bus controllers.
- Look for anything labeled QUALCOMM, WCDMA, or USB Serial.
- Right-click the device > Uninstall device.
-
- If prompted, check Uninstall
- Restart your PC and try enabling Memory Integrity again.
- Update the Driver
If you still use the device:
- Visit the manufacturer’s website (or your PC OEM’s support page).
- Search for a Windows 10/11 compatible version of the driver.
- Install it and reboot.
Hopefully it will help solve your driver issue and if you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.
