Unable to access Microsoft Hardware Dashboard after Hardware Program enrollment

Hello,
Our company has completed the registration process for the Device Driver WHQL certification and enrolled in the Hardware Program.
However, we are unable to access the Hardware Dashboard.
Account used: PII removed (Global Administrator role).
Could you please check and resolve this issue?
