    Some laptop models have a camera on/off key, usually between F1 and F12 that must be pressed together with the FN key, or a protective cover on the camera. Check to see if your model has one of these.

    Also click on the start menu and type msinfo32

    Open System Information
    Take a screenshot and upload it here, this will help find the camera driver for your system model
