Dear @KTD
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, you mentioned you no longer have access to the organizational email tied to Microsoft Authenticator and cannot sign into Outlook or add your new email.
If this was a work or school account, it’s managed by your former organization. Microsoft cannot override their security policies. You’ll need to contact the organization’s IT admin to reset MFA or remove the account from Azure AD. If you’re no longer employed, this is often not possible, so you’ll likely need to create or use a personal Microsoft account for Outlook going forward
If you’re the tenant admin, open a support ticket at Azure Support and provide proof of ownership (domain, billing info)
If you’re not an admin, only your old organization can reset MFA. Microsoft cannot override this.
Outlook Mobile Setup
Once you regain access or create a new account:
- Remove the old account from Outlook mobile.
- Add your personal Microsoft account or any other email provider.
If you cannot recover the old account and the organization won’t assist, the only option is to create a new Microsoft account and migrate your data (if you have local backups).
Try to uninstall Outlook app in your phone then reinstall Outlook app by download on Appstore. You can sign in new account.
I hope information above helpful, if you get stuck in any steps, please feel free to reach out
