I bought Minecraft Bedrock edition more than a year ago. Since buying a new computer and logging in, the Microsoft Store will not let me play, saying I have not bought the game on that account even though I have. I checked my Order History, still says I have not bought Minecraft. None of the links I've found have helped. I've tried logging out and logging back in -- Minecraft seems to work fine on my phone where I originally bought it -- but it's like on everything else all evidence of my purchase is gone.

Hi! You mentioned that you originally bought Minecraft on your phone. If that’s the case, please note that the mobile version of Minecraft is not compatible with the Microsoft Store version of the game. These are two separate platforms and operating systems, so you will need to purchase it again to play on PC. The version you purchased on your phone or tablet can only be played on that same operating system.

Hello Bianca,Please verify your Microsoft account login is the same one used for purchase. Minecraft Bedrock Edition licenses are platform-specific and do not transfer between devices automatically.
To play on a new Windows PC, you must log into the Microsoft Store and Xbox app using the exact same Microsoft account you used to purchase the game. If Minecraft doesn’t show up in your order history or store library, you might be logged into a different account. Purchases made on mobile platforms usually don’t transfer to PC.
It is the same account. I don't know how to transfer my mobile purchase to my PC, as it seemed to happen automatically with my old computer.

I had the same issue. Turns out I did have the wrong account. When you first create an the pc and link and account to it, you need to use the same one, or add it.
Once I did that, I was able to get the games to transfer.
