I’ve looked into this in detail, and currently, Microsoft does not publish a full list of supported Key-Value Pairs (KVPs) for the iOS OneDrive app that can be used with Intune app configuration policies.
While some basic keys related to account control (e.g., IntuneMAMAllowedAccountsOnly, IntuneMAMUPN) are documented, there are no publicly available KVPs to enforce features like Camera Upload or photo backup in OneDrive for iOS via Intune.
This limitation has been raised by other admins as well, and I recommend submitting feedback directly to Microsoft to request support for more granular configuration. You can also consider reaching out to Microsoft Support or your account rep to inquire whether any undocumented keys are available for enterprise use.
