2025-08-19T19:30:13.5633333+00:00 You may try to uninstall and reinstall Excel and try to login again and kindly double check and make sure that you are using the correct Microsoft account that has the subscription on it. In the event that you will still encounter an issue, you can also reach out to the support team from the below to get your account checked.
- Open https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=Google from a browser or you can also launch the Get help app on your PC.
- Type in talk to support or talk to an agent.
- Click on the blue button (Sign in or Sign in to contact support) on the below part.
- Sign in/Log in when prompted and try to connect to an agent/support from there and please take note that it will take several attempts due to the queue or workload before you can get a hold of someone from the team.
