After switching to the new version of Outlook, email addresses entered in the body of the email do not automatically convert to hyperlinks after pressing the space bar.
Tried to switch to the old version, it works. But for new version, only website with space can turn to hyperlinks, the email address does not work. I have check the setting that Compose the email in HTML format.

    Hey there!

Nice to meet you! I'm Randy, an Independent Advisor.

Hi Echo, In the new Outlook for Mac (16.100), email addresses not converting into hyperlinks automatically seems to be a limitation or bug, as the old version still supports it. You can try checking Outlook > Preferences > AutoCorrect > AutoFormat As You Type and ensure Internet and network paths with hyperlinks is enabled, then restart Outlook. If it still doesn’t work, the workaround is to select the email address and press Command + K to insert the hyperlink manually.

    Best regards,
