1. Basic check:
Make sure your headphone is on Pairing Mode:
- Turn off your headphone completely > Hold the power button to turn it on again
- Make sure your headphone is not connected to any other devices
- Refresh your Bluetooth windows and click on Add device > your PC should be scanning for available devices, and your headphone should be shows up since it is on Pairing Mode now > Find your headphone display name and click on it to connect
2. Additional troubleshooting:
In case your headphone still not connected, try these steps:
- Run the Bluetooth troubleshoot: Open Windows settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Find Bluetooth option > Run.
- Restart your PC: Sometimes a simple restart can fix these temporarily glitches and refresh the list of devices.
