Is it possible to cancel and get a refund? I realize I have a student account of Microsoft office so I did not need to purchase it.

Hello, I recently purchased Microsoft office and i am wondering if it possible to cancel and get a refund. I realized shortly after purchase that I have student access to office/365, so there was no reason for me to buy it when it is offered through my school.

Any help is appreciated, I am hoping to get a refund since I already have access to it.

    You can also to contact Microsoft Online Support for any further assistance if needed: 

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support 
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Microsoft 365, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below. 
    3. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account. 
    4. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Manage my subscription" as the category, and click to confirm 
    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.  Contact - Microsoft Support
