Defender for External Attacks Surface Managment Data connection not working

I'm having problems with Defender EASM data connector, it was working but not my connector says disconnected. I did the recommended changes on this link https://dori-uw-1.kuma-moon.com/en-us/azure/external-attack-surface-management/data-connections but still it's not working. Any help will be appreciated.
