There were 3 charges on my June account that I did not make.

How can I get a refund for $106.61, $63.96, $14.92 ?

I would prefer to speak to someone.

Thank You

I just had someone hack my account from a device shown on my account that isn't mine. This person or group charged me 9 times in the last 2 days totaling $414.67 of 'Gifted' games and subscriptions. I've been trying to get ANY form of ACTUAL support fro Microsoft and literally have gotten nowhere in 90 minutes. What kind of a corporation can't let you get your money back from CLEARLY FRAUDULENT charges?

The only option is to file a claim with credit card company. I suggest you all delete all payment information from Microsoft, delete your accounts, and NEVER use Microsoft for ANYTHING ever again.
