Can I switch from a personal account subscription to a business account subscription for 365?

I signed up & paid for a year of personal 365 for $99/year last month. I realize now that I probably should have chosen business apps 365 which is also $99/year because I hope to start a small business soon. I won't need the personal. Is there any way to switch subscriptions without adding any extra expense?
