Problem with Microsoft Family Safety – Cannot Be Removed from Family Group

Hello,

I’m currently experiencing an issue with my Microsoft account related to Family Safety restrictions.

My account shows that I’m part of a family group, and my mother (“Elena”) is listed as the organizer. However, when she logs into her account, she cannot see my profile in the family group and therefore cannot remove me or change any settings.

As a result, I’m restricted from using my PC normally (due to screen time or age limits), and I cannot manage this myself.

Could you please help me, or let me know how I can get in touch with Microsoft Support to fix this?

    Hi! If when you log in your family site, you see an organizer account but when the other person logs, doesn’t see your account to manage, it’s probable that is using a different account than the one listed in your family, if your mom has other accounts available she should try all the accounts possible.
