Hi! Can you validate if everyone is having the same trouble, or there are few people that can access the QR code and selected few requires log-in?
If all of them having issues, please proceed with the troubleshooting below.
You need to change the permissions to ensure anyone with the QR code can respond.
- Open your form in Microsoft Forms.
- Click the "Collect Responses" button (top-right).
- Under "Send and collect responses", make sure to select:
- Anyone can respond
- After selecting "Anyone can respond", copy the new link or QR code.
You can test it if your another device with another account.
