Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft support community. Rest assured, we're here to help you with your problem related to shared files. Currently, we have received feedback from many users who are experiencing this issue and Microsoft is aware of the issue.

Some OneDrive shared folder shortcuts located in the My Files folder may appear as .url internet shortcuts instead of actual folders.

If you try to open the folder shortcut, it will open as a web page (and you may be prompted to sign in) instead of a folder.

Microsoft is actively working to address this, and once fixed, the shortcuts should automatically go back to the folders.

Meanwhile, you can access the contents of the shared folder through OneDrive.com.
