I have office 2019 professional plus edition but still don't have access.

    Are you on a PC?

    You've checked in your Windows menu?

    Have you tried using the Office Deployment Tool to specify which programs should be available?

    Note also that Access cannot be used on a Mac, only on a Windows desktop. If you are using a Mac then you would need to install a windows emulator and a copy of Windows to use Access.

    One more thought, are you looking online on the Microsoft/Office/Email website? If so, there is no web version of Access so it will not show up there. Instead, you need to use the Desktop application by using your Start Menu and locating it there.

    If that isn't the case, then please reply to the various questions and suggestions previously made.
