Final assessment won’t process in “Flipped Instructions with PowerPoint Recorder” course on Microsoft Learn

Hello!

I’m currently completing the Microsoft Educator Academy learning path on Microsoft Learn, and I’ve successfully completed all the modules. However, the final quiz for the course “Flipped Instructions with PowerPoint Recorder” gets stuck processing and never submits.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Cleared browser cache and cookies
  • Switched browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox)
  • Tried different devices and internet connections
  • Used both personal and organizational (school) Microsoft accounts

Unfortunately, none of these steps have solved the issue. This is the last badge I need to complete the learning path, and I’d really appreciate support to resolve it or help completing the certification.
