Hello ,
I’m here to help you in resolving your issue
The Loop app may have been installed as a PWA via Edge. Here's how to check and fix it:
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click the three dots (ellipsis) in the upper-right corner > Apps > Manage apps.
- Check if the Loop app is listed there. If it is, try uninstalling it:
Right-click on the Loop app > Uninstall.
After uninstalling, reopen the Loop desktop app and see if it opens correctly.
Reinstall Loop App:
- Open Microsoft Store.
- Search for Microsoft Loop and install it again.
Once installed, try launching the Loop app directly from the Start menu or search bar to see if it opens correctly as a native app.
After trying above steps, please reach out to me if you have any doubts or issues
