Hi,

I noticed that the option to set rules in Microsoft Loop appears to be decommissioned, this feature worked great on Tuesday 13th. I haven't been able to find any information regarding this change.

Could you please provide clarification on whether this feature has been removed and if there are any plans for its reintroduction?

Thank you.

Hello Adrian! Thank you so much for reaching out, I am Tin, an independent advisor, and I am glad to assist you today with this issue. Yes, Microsoft has officially deprecated the "rules" feature in Microsoft Loop, specifically the ability to create rules within Loop tables. According to Microsoft Support, the Loop product team is removing this functionality from the user interface.

As of now, there is no public roadmap indicating plans to reintroduce this feature. While some users have suggested using Power Automate as an alternative, it's important to note that Power Automate currently lacks a direct replacement for Loop table rules. Specifically, the existing Power Automate trigger based on Loop table rules is no longer functional due to the deprecation of the feature.

Hello Tin! Thank you for the above, do we have any idea when a replacement might be added? I have just tried working around the deprecation with Power Automate and was unsuccessful.
