Hi NE,
I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.
Apologies for any inconvenience you are experiencing. I am happy to help you today.
Microsoft Forms requires branching to follow a strict order. If a branch directs respondents to a question that is not the immediate next question in the form’s structure, the form will interpret this as the endpoint and display the "Submit" button too soon. More about it in the example.

Next, If a branch ends without explicitly directing to the next question or section, the form assumes the survey is complete.
To fix this, Ensure every answer option in your branching question (e.g., Q3) directs respondents to the exact next question in sequence. For example:
If Q3 branches to Q5 when "Yes" is selected, verify that Q5 is positioned after Q4 in the form’s structure.
If Q3 branches to Q4 for "No" or "Somewhat," confirm Q4 is followed by Q5 (or the next intended question).
I would recommend rebuilding the branching logic and reconfiguring it step by step.
I hope you tried Edge and Chrome both.
I hope this information is helpful. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us. Good luck!
