As per your description, I can understand you are not able to input a row in a table in loop editor.

And also, I recommend Check Table Formatting make sure the table allows new rows, use Keyboard Shortcuts – Tab or Enter might work, refresh or restart simple but effective, check for updates ensure Loop is up to date, try a different Browser sometimes, browser compatibility helps.
