Loop - Planner - To do - Issues in allocation of tasks

Hello,

I'm currently using Loop to manage projects and assign tasks to my colleagues. However, I’m encountering an issue: it’s no longer possible to assign tasks to others.

While tasks appear correctly in Loop, they are not reflected in Planner or To Do. This issue affects all my projects and all colleagues involved.

Additionally, when I assign a task to myself directly in Planner, the task remains visible, but the assignment disappears.

Would it be possible to get some assistance with this issue?

    If assigned tasks in Planner not showing up, it might be a sync problem between Planner, Loop, To Do, or potential account/permissions issue. To troubleshoot;

    Login to same Microsoft 365 account in all apps → try to log out and log back in → clear browser cache → then refresh → reinstall if needed

    If it keeps happening, submit a report using the Feedback option.
