Microsoft Secure Score isn't loading

Hi!

For more than a week, the Microsoft Secure Score isn't displaying my organisation's score or any actions to review or recommended ones. I'm having problems with Teams' access lately and I need to check the security configurations as soon as possible. Does anyone have the same issue?

    > Try a different browser or use InPrivate or Incognito depending on which ones you are using.

    > Ensure your the account has Global Administrator, Security Administrator, or Security Reader roles.

    > Go to https://portal.office.com/adminportal > Health > Service Health to ensure that there is no ongoing issues.

    > You can also check and try it from https://security.microsoft.com/securescore directly.

    > In the event that you are still encountering an issue, you can submit a support ticket from the admin portal so that this can be checked and be investigated accordingly.

    This is an ongoing issue and now I feel a known issue that possibly started only recently. Running into the same problem and ticket is open with Microsoft for more than 4 days. no resolution.

    We have had this issue on five different tenancies, first started 21st May for us. Two have self-resolved since. Noticed that this has only happened on tenancies where we actively increased the score by >20% in one hit.

    Have a ticket with Microsoft and they have said that it is known and being actively worked on, though no acknowledgment of this issue on official channels.
