MDE Support on AWS WorkSpaces

I would like to know if Microsoft Defender for Endpoint supports AWS Workspaces.
I'm planning to apply MDE to both Ubuntu and Windows environments.
Additionally, I’d like to know if Microsoft Defender for Cloud also supports AWS Workspaces.

    Yes that is correct, both Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Defender for Cloud supports AWS Workspaces.

    I have two additional questions:

    1. When using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, should we follow the same procedure as described for Microsoft Defender for Cloud in the documentation you provided?
    2. We do not currently have an Azure account. Is there an alternative method available in this case?

    I could not find any specific instructions for that, but it is indicated MDE works for AWS Workspaces for Microsoft Entra ID-joined WorkSpaces.
