- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/family
- Log in with your Microsoft account.
- Under Your family, remove every child/adult listed (if any).
- Remove yourself from any family group you’re part of (as a child or adult).
- If you’re still listed under “Organizer” or “Member,” remove the group entirely.
