Hello Stella, Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community Support. I can understand how frustrating it can be that you want to retrieve my files and documents OneDrive deleted from your account, below are some steps you can follow and try to fix. Hope these steps can help you.

Step1- Check Account: Please check the account you are using the account that has the subscription for that account. If you are using the subscription account, please follow the steps below to resolve your issue.

**Step2- Find lost or missing files in OneDrive:**No matter how you use OneDrive, we recommend that you search your OneDrive storage using the OneDrive website. It's where all your devices sync and store your files, and it's the best place to start searching.

**Note:**Are you using the mobile app? You can find your Files view at the top of the updated mobile app screen, next to your account picture. Select an account type and follow the steps below in order or select the Start guide button to see step-by-step instructions.

Step3- Restore deleted files or folders in OneDrive: If you accidentally delete a file or folder in OneDrive, you may be able to recover it later from the OneDrive recycle bin, and if you're a Microsoft 365 subscriber, you can even restore your entire OneDrive if something goes wrong.

Step4- Unlink and reconnect OneDrive: Unlinking and reconnecting your PC to OneDrive can help resolve some sync issues.

You can use the same steps to move your OneDrive to a new location, such as an external disk drive.

Note: Unlinking and reconnecting your OneDrive doesn't lose any data, and your local folders are briefly disconnected from the cloud. Any changes made when your connection was removed will be synced after the relinking process is complete.
