Can't save a custom page as a template in Microsoft Loop

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to use Microsoft Loop to manage meeting agendas and would like to save my own custom page as a reusable template in the template catalog.

I followed the steps to save the page as a template (clicking “Save as template”), and the system confirmed it was saved. However, the template does not appear in the template catalog when I try to add a new page.

I've tried refreshing, using a different browser, and checking different workspaces – nothing worked.

Am I missing a step, or is this feature not fully functional yet?
Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance 😊

Hi Hamide, I'm Kelvin an Independent Adviser. I know how confusing it is. Allow me to assist.

Actually, you are not missing anything. As of the moment, custom template feature is still limited in Microsoft Loop and does not always sync in both workspace or browsers. Which means, the saved template only appear where it was created.

For now, I may suggest to make a copy of the page and save it somewhere easy to find.
